The team also works hard to enhance the experience of every student staying with us. About the role
The role involves providing a meet and greet front of house service as well as supporting all back office functions, providing administration support across all of the sites. Supporting open days, intake days and departures as well as assisting day to day visitors, students and external contacts. The ideal candidate will be able to provide a cheerful reception service to all students and visitors and will ensure that the highest level of customer service is maintained as well as acting as a role model for excellent service delivery.
The shift patterns for this role are 8am to 4pm or 11am to 7pm, the shifts are Monday to Saturday, with Saturday shifts been on a rota basis. In the summer Sunday is also on a rotation basis as well as Saturday.
The accommodation this role will be covering is two sites within the King\'s Cross and Angel areas.
Please note this role is an FTC for 1 year, with a possibility of extension or being made permanent.
About you
You should have experience working in a customer facing role and should be highly skilled in understanding, empathising with and delivering against customer needs. You will also need to have good general computer literacy, and will need to be able to use Microsoft Office applications. You will need to be a self-motivated person who is able to work on your own initiative, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills, and the ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. A positive attitude is key for this role, given its\' customer facing nature, and you will need to offer flexibility around working hours and be willing to take part in a rota (as outlined above).
