This role is on a fixed-term basis, starting as soon as possible until Friday, 31 July. It is also available on a secondment basis. The Marketing Officer plays a key role in supporting the implementation of The Bartlett’s marketing strategy, attracting and converting international and diverse applicants to The Bartlett’s undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional courses. The role focuses particularly on four of our leading academic departments:
- The Bartlett School of Architecture (BSA)
- The Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction (BSSC)
- The Bartlett Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis (CASA)
- UCL Urban Lab (UL)
Key responsibilities include creating digital marketing content and campaigns, managing social media, supporting the organization and promotion of marketing events, and working with Student Ambassadors to develop student-led content and support events. The role also involves developing marketing strategies, web content, and paid advertising across our courses.
About you
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Officer with experience in implementing impactful marketing activities and campaigns. You should have strong digital skills, including content creation, social media, and website management systems, as well as the ability to use data analytics to evaluate marketing performance and inform strategy. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams and stakeholders. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to high-quality work, a collaborative mindset, and the initiative to work independently when required.
