The Teaching and Learning Administrator will provide administration to the Natural Sciences Undergraduate Programmes. The role will support all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of students from enquiry to completion. Responsibilities include maintenance of student and course records, assistance with recruitment initiatives, timetable support, and support for various committees.

The role holder must be efficient, organised and take great care in attention to detail. In addition, the role requires interaction with many people within and external to UCL, so a professional attitude, willingness to help and a positive outlook are required in order to adequately execute the duties. Please note this is a fixed-term role for 3 years.

The post holder will have experience of administrative work in a busy office environment as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will have the ability to prioritise and organise their own workload to meet time-critical schedules whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy. The role holder will be able to work independently as well as part of a team and have the ability to work confidentially.
