The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The HR Administrator will provide first line HR Administrative support to Departments/Divisions within the Faculty of Life Sciences and will support the delivery of a customer focused, effective, efficient and proactive HR function. They will work as part of a team of HR Administrators collaboratively with wider departmental/divisional functions as well as with central HR teams.
The post is full time hours a week (1 FTE), available from 1 March and is open ended. The role is hybrid and 60% onsite at UCL's Main Campus (Gower Street London WC1E 6BT) 2 days a week and School of Pharmacy (WC1N 1AX) 1 day a week. Interviews will be held in person in the week commencing 9 February. This appointment is subject to UCL Terms and Conditions of Service for Professional Services Staff.
This role does not meet the eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa certificate of sponsorship under UK Visas and Immigration legislation. Therefore, UCL will not be able to sponsor individuals who require the right to work in the UK to carry out this role.

The successful candidate will be educated to A level or equivalent standard and previous experience of working in a deadline driven administrative environment with high levels of accuracy is essential. The post holder will have the ability to deliver a positive HR experience to internal and external contacts using strong interpersonal skills and being practical and able to problem-solve. Applicants must demonstrate relevant HR experience in their current or recent HR role in their application to be considered for interview.
