The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
We are seeking to recruit an Admissions Officer on a fixed-term basis to work in our centralised Graduate Admissions team where they will be actively engaged in key aspects of graduate admissions administration, principally for applications received directly to UCL. The postholder will undertake all aspects of application processing, including assessing and making selection decisions on applications against agreed criteria. They will also be responsible for responding to queries from applicants and work colleagues, in addition to preparing documentation to support applicants applying for a visa through the Home Office points based immigration system. This role is anticipated to be available from 2 February and will be fixed-term until 1 February in the first instance. Please note, this role does not meet the requirements for visa sponsorship.
The successful candidate must have experience of admissions in a higher education setting and will have excellent organisational skills, together with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure. The nature of the role requires an individual with good interpersonal skills who is able to work successfully in a team.
