About the role
The MSc in Social Development Practice provides a critical approach to โpeople-centredโ development, addressing challenges for promoting well-being and equitable citizenship amidst social diversity and globalisation. You will work with a diverse group of staff and students committed to social and environmental justice.
The Graduate Teaching Assistant supports Course Leaders with academic administration and basic academic inputs into the course. The role also involves managing IT systems related to the web-based components of the course.
This position is available from September and is on an open-ended contract.
This role does not meet the eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship under UK Visas and Immigration legislation. Therefore, UCL cannot sponsor individuals requiring right to work in the UK for this role.
About you
Applicants should have at least a Masters degree in a subject related to Social Development Practice, such as social development, social policy, development studies, anthropology, or sociology, with strong academic performance.
They should demonstrate good interpersonal skills, excellent administrative and organizational skills, and proficiency with computer software.
