UCL Consultants is seeking a Project Coordinator to be an integral part of the company. The Project Management Team at UCL Consultants supports and enables the UCL academic community to deliver consultancy projects to external clients in an efficient and effective manner. The team acts as an interface between external clients, academics, and UCL Consultants, with the overall objectives of delivering projects to scope, quality, time, and budget. UCL Consultants has a large portfolio of projects ranging from small consultancies to large, multi‑year projects, based on the breadth of UCL’s academic expertise from arts to science and nearly all corners of the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for the delivery of a range of consultancy projects, including bespoke training, executive education, and event management activities.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders within both UCL Consultants and UCL, as well as external clients, on projects that deliver societal impact nationally and globally.
  • Operate as part of the Project Management team while also working independently.
