Age UK East Sussex is an independent Charity working in East Sussex to offer support and services to older people. We want to make East Sussex a great place to grow older.
About this opportunity
Keeping our social media channels engaging and making sure they are a safe space for everyone is core to our charity’s success. Whether it’s about sharing great content about how we’ve helped older people, updating information about the latest scams to watch out for, or encouraging people to become part of our online community we need social media volunteers to help.
We have opportunities for volunteering across our Social media team to suit all types of skills:
- Research volunteers to help find stories across our work to turn into engaging content.
- Creative volunteers to make eye-catching media, reels, stories and posts.
- Administration volunteers to set up posts, manage our feeds and analyse conversions.
- Top Contributors to share our social media posts, comment and moderate our channels.
If you have skills in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite or are just great on your phone sharing and liking comments we want to hear from you. If you can spare a few hours each week, working from home or one of our offices, using your skills to support our great cause then please apply now. You must be aged 18+ for this role. Agreed upon travel expenses will be paid.
