The post holder will utilise their knowledge and expertise to:

  • Manage the Student and Learning Support teams based at a designated campus.
  • Manage the day to day delivery of the Student Support Departments services in line with Departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Work in partnership with role counterparts at other campus(es) to ensure that the level of Student Support service is equivalent across the Institution, and meets the quality and service standards as defined by sector regulations and internal SLAs and KPIs.
  • Deputise for the Head of Department, as appropriate.
