UCFB are recruiting for a Senior Lecturer in Sports Coaching and Performance to develop and deliver modules in line with institutional strategies, policies, and procedures. They will also be required to maintain teaching and learning standards to deliver an excellent student experience.

Key Tasks

  • Support the Deputy Dean and Associate Deans with the planning, design and delivery of teaching, learning and student support in relevant course, subject and/or identified priority areas.
  • Effectively undertake course and/or cross-institutional leadership of initiatives to continuously improve learning, teaching and student support.
  • Support the drive for participation in scholarship knowledge exchange and/or research for personal development and to enhance the reputation of the institution.
  • Support the implementation of whole institution and/or subject/area-based initiatives in line with strategic objectives.
  • Lead and undertake appropriate staff development and professional training in line with the institutional objectives.
