- Conducting demand analysis and aligning capacity with institutional priorities.
- Supporting system design, upgrades, security, and disaster recovery planning.
- Coordinating reactive support, maintenance, and change implementation.
- Managing supplier relationships in line with contractual obligations.
- Providing operational leadership to Technicians and Systems Analysts.
- Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure our systems and services align to business needs and are utilised affectively.
