UCFB are looking to recruit an Access and Widening Participation Officer to the Access and Widening Participation (AWP) team. The role of the Access and Widening Participation (AWP) team is one of particular importance to UCFB as it supports those aspects of the institution’s academic strategies which are intended to improve access of, and progression of, certain targeted groups of students.
- Coordination and administration to support the delivery of both existing and new Institution AWP initiatives as and when they are developed.
- Planning, organisation and communication of any ongoing support provision, engagement opportunities and compliance monitoring requirements associated with active AWP schemes.
- Undertaking data analysis and producing clear and concise reports as required by the Access and Widening Participation Manager.
- Providing support for and representing the AWP Team at AWP milestone activities/events within the academic cycle.
