We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Admissions Officer to support the recruitment and onboarding of our Higher Education students. In this key role, you will manage applications, provide guidance to prospective learners, and ensure a smooth admissions process from enquiry to enrolment. You will need strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and a passion for helping students take the next step in their education. Role Responsibilities:

To administer the processing of student applications ensuring that data is effectively inputted, checked, and maintained securely and that service standards are met in line with the UCEN Manchester Admissions Policy.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English at Grade C or above (IT is desirable)
  • Literacy and numeracy to at least Level 2

All applicants will be required to undergo an appropriate DBS check via the Criminal Records Bureau and may be subject to additional online checks as part of our pre-screening process.
