UCEA Capital Group is a growing group of companies structured around a Family Office, operating across sectors such asenergy, life sciences, technology, real estate, and sports. As we scale our operations in 2025, we are seeking aLegal& Compliance Analyst Internto support our regulatory andlegalfunctions from our London office.

You will work closely with theCompany Controller, gaining exposure tolegalframeworks, compliance processes, and operational governance that supports global investment activity. From reviewing NDAs and supporting due diligence to helping ensure we meet regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions, you will play a meaningful role in how our business operates responsibly and transparently.

  • Monitor and interpret regulatory updates relevant to our operations.
  • Assist in the drafting, review, and management oflegaldocumentation and contracts.
  • Support compliance checks, internal controls, and risk mitigation procedures.
  • Help maintain accuratelegaland compliance records, including NDAs, MOUs, and investment-related filings.
  • Conductlegalresearch and contribute to internal policy development.
  • Collaborate on KYC/AML processes and investor due diligence.
  • Assist with corporate governance tasks and cross-border compliance initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensurelegalalignment across departments.
  • Provide ad hoc support onlegaland compliance projects as needed.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory andlegalframeworks (e.g. GDPR, AML, FCA rules).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive documents with discretion.
  • Analytical thinking and solidlegalresearch skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in alegalcontext.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and grow inlegal, compliance, and governance functions.
  • Currently studying or recently graduated inLaw,LegalStudies, Compliance, or Business with aLegalfocus.
  • Prior experience or internship inlegal, regulatory, or compliance fields is a plus.
  • Familiarity withlegaldocumentation, corporate law, and financial compliance.
  • Knowledge of UK and EUlegalstandards and regulatory bodies.
  • Certifications in compliance, governance, orlegalrisk are beneficial.
  • Right to work in the UKis required.
