About the Role
UCEA is seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to support the continued growth of the firm. This is a front-office business development role focused on originating new client relationships. You will engage with founders, business owners, and senior decision-makers, introducing UCEA’s services and guiding prospects through the engagement process. The role is well suited to individuals who enjoy working in a target-driven environment, take ownership of results, and are motivated by performance-based rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound outreach and professional networking
- Present UCEA’s services clearly and confidently to senior decision-makers
- Manage conversations, address questions, and progress prospects through the sales pipeline
- Convert qualified opportunities into engaged clients and signed agreements
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
- Work towards structured activity and revenue targets
- Represent the firm professionally in all external communications
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a sales or business development role
- Comfortable discussing fees and high-value professional services
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Resilient, self-motivated, and results-focused
