UCCF has a long history of equipping students for evangelism. As we renew our focus on resourcing Christian Union students for mission, we want to ensure today’s students have the resources they need to confidently share the good news of Jesus on campus and beyond.

The Evangelistic Resources Product Manager will manage UCCF's portfolio of evangelistic products (including Uncover and BeThinking) by developing and delivering products and their supporting resources. Uncover is our flagship evangelistic resource. Since 2010, many thousands of students have used Uncover to open a gospel with their friends and invite them to meet Jesus. The Evangelistic Resources Product Manager will lead the development of future editions of Uncover, listening carefully to students and staff, testing concepts, and bringing together a delivery team. They will take products from concept to launch, delivering on time and within budget, and helping students and staff embrace and use them confidently.

The Evangelistic Resources Product Manager will also shape the future of our apologetics resources. For more than 20 years, BeThinking has brought together resources addressing the questions and objections people have about the Christian faith. We want to evaluate how this content can best serve today's students and those exploring Christianity, and this role will lead the work of recommending and delivering the right way forward.

Alongside these key areas, there is scope to shape the portfolio of evangelistic resources, looking for gaps and opportunities and helping us develop a coherent strategy for resourcing Christian Union evangelism. This could be a great role if you have a passion for student evangelism, can turn ideas and vision into successful products, and enjoy bringing people together to take something from concept through development, delivery, and review.

The role is based at Blue Boar House in central Oxford with hybrid working. Our expectation is that you’d spend approximately 60% of your time working together in person across a month. For many people, this typically works out as around three days per week in the office, although conference attendance and travel may mean some weeks look different.

We recognise that strong candidates may not meet every aspect of the person specification. If you're excited by the opportunity to serve UCCF's mission and believe you could make a valuable contribution, we'd love to hear from you.
