Trainee Refurbishment Technician

You will be part of our technical department learning how to test and refurbish returned coffee machine assembly parts.

The Role

• Disassemble, clean and reassemble parts through Preventative Maintenance procedure to ensure parts are reassembled to a high, consistent quality.
• Diagnostic testing of assembly parts returned from the Field Service Engineers, using test rigs to assess failure points.
• Work to meet company productivity targets in your section, in line with your level of experience.
• Ensure all work carried out meets the correct specification.
• Maintain health & safety disciplines, keeping work area clean, tidy and in good order.

Salary: £24k (increasing to £25k after successful completion of probation) + 25 days holiday + Pension + Life Assurance + EAP + other company benefits.
