Role Purpose
As our CTG Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and long term success of our Coffee To Go (CTG) proposition. Working closely with the Head of CTG, you will ensure customers experience seamless onboarding, exceptional support, and strong commercial outcomes. Acting as the vital link between customers, internal teams, and suppliers, you will champion best practice, innovation, and operational excellence across the CTG portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Commercial Support: Partner with Commercial Teams to drive CTG sales activity, including demonstrations, designs and presentations. Provide data driven insight to support customer pitches, commercial decisions, and performance improvement opportunities.
- Customer Onboarding & Experience: Lead the full customer onboarding process, from equipment showcase through to go live, ensuring timelines, documentation, operations and training are delivered to a high standard. Deliver customer training on equipment, software, and best operational practice where required. Work alongside our Account Management Teams to ensure the customer experience post deployment is world-class, ensuring customers are supported, confident, and achieving strong results with their CTG offer.
- Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for anything CTG related. Oversee our nominated CTG suppliers, managing expectations, quality standards, and timelines. Build strong partnerships with internal teams across Marketing, Sales, IT, Technical, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure aligned and timely delivery. Maintain regular communication across all stakeholders, providing clear updates, reports, and performance insights where required.
- Product, Software & Continuous Improvement: Support ongoing software development for CTG customers, including testing, deployments, updates, and version control. Provide customer and market insight to influence product enhancements and future roadmap planning. Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, documentation, onboarding flows, system usage and equipment modifications.
- Performance Monitoring & Insights: Use data analytics to assess customer and estate performance, generating credible insights that support improvement, retention, and growth. Ensure KPIs and success metrics are defined, tracked, and reported for both internal and customer stakeholders. Proactively identify issues, trends, or opportunities and lead actions to resolve or optimise.
- Governance, Documentation & Administration: Maintain and control all CTG documentation, processes, and materials, ensuring accuracy and version control. Manage all system administration, asset management and ensure all internal records, trackers, and customer configurations are kept up to date. Support the Head of CTG with ad hoc projects, initiatives, and strategic tasks.

- Strong, trust-based relationships with all CTG stakeholders both internal & external, new and existing customers and CTG suppliers.
- Smooth and efficient onboarding of new CTG customers with user interface (UI), unit design, product and ingredient availability and pricing as per request.
- Accurate and effective administration management of trackers and systems.
- Timely reporting as required.
- Data informed decisions that support business performance.
