The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

A customer facing field-based role, interacting and supporting a broad range of clients ranging from high street independents to national brands and organisations. Delivering on-site operation and Barista Training on our range Coffee Equipment while following our Coffee Works standards to improve the customer experience. The role will also have responsibilities to support the Coffee Trainers in the field with training and development needs along with any Training related business updates.

The Role

  • Act as Company Coffee Ambassador always ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered.
  • Deliver detailed training sessions following the install or replacement of new Coffee equipment, ensuring the customer is left with the confidence to maintain their machine and produce great coffee.
  • Demonstrate a high level of coffee product knowledge understanding different blends and Coffee profiles.
  • Demonstrate confidence in how to use and maintain a broad range of coffee machines, with an ability to make any necessary alterations to improve Coffee quality as well as to identify and repair basic technical fault fixes to avoid unnecessary service calls.
  • Carry out visits for machine settings and software updates in line with agreed customer standards.
  • Support the development or update of machine settings.
  • Complete Coffee Excellence Checks with our customers and highlight any areas requiring improvement.
  • Assist at Events and Coffee Tastings with machine set up, training and support.
  • Communicate with the planners to ensure all day-to-day tasks are completed, and jobs are closed, with any feedback highlighted for actions to be taken.
  • Strive to be the technical go-to person for the Coffee Trainers supporting them with any ad-hoc queries/challenges.
  • Help conduct regular in the field assessment and work with the European Coffee Experience Specialist Lead to build and deploy Training and Development plans for each of the Coffee Trainers.
  • Assist with recruiting and New Starter Training to ensure confidence on our Machines and Coffee before being sent out into the field.
