- We are looking for a
- Team Assistant who is organised, collaborative and proactive to join our
UK & Ireland Immunology team, based in our Slough, UK offices.
What you will do
- Coordinate meetings and events, including room bookings, logistics, meeting minutes and follow‑up actions.
- Manage diaries, travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, receipts and expense submissions for relevant leaders and teams.
- Support projects by creating suppliers, purchase orders, invoices, e‑payments and compliant document storage.
- Maintain budget files, OPEX overviews and payment proof with finance partners.
- Coordinate supplier interactions, quotes, RFP support and procurement follow‑up from an organisational perspective.
- Support onboarding, team equipment, Teams sites, reports and back‑up support across the assistant community.
- Lead or coordinate internal activities such as sales conferences, covering project management, communication, logistics and key stakeholder engagement.
- Who you will work with
- Work with the relevant Head of Function, leadership team members, brand or divisional teams, local assistants, procurement, finance partners, learning and development colleagues and external suppliers.
- Collaborate with colleagues across cross‑functional teams to support projects, meetings and team activities that help deliver local business priorities.
Qualifications and skills
- Ideally with commercial training or equivalent experience; a bachelor’s degree is welcome but not essential.
- 1+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support in a cross‑functional environment.
- Clear written and spoken English with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Confident with digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Guided Buying and document management systems.
- Experience supporting budgets, invoices, contracts, expenses or audit‑ready documentation.
