UCB is seeking a Patient-Centered Outcomes Research (PCOR) Lead to shape PRO/COA strategies across development and lifecycle. You will work with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Health Economics, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and Biostatistics to generate patient experience evidence and inform healthcare decisions.

You will lead design, validation, and implementation of PRO/COA measures, contribute to regulatory/HTA interactions, and drive scientific dissemination through publications.
