Make your mark for patients. We are looking for a Medical Head Immunology who is collaborative, curious, and patient-focused to join our UK Immunology team, based at our Slough, UK offices.
About the role: You are going to shape the Medical Affairs strategy for our immunology portfolio. You will turn strategy into clear medical plans, evidence, and education that support how care is delivered. You will bring clinical and scientific guidance to teams so decisions stay focused on patient needs. You will also make sure our medical work is compliant, ethical, and ready for future launches.
Who you will work with: You will work with medical solutions leaders, field medical leaders, medical science liaisons, and real-world evidence colleagues. You will partner with commercial, market access, patient teams, and European and global medical colleagues to align insights and plans. You will be the medical voice in cross-functional discussions, from strategy through execution.
What you will do: You will set the Medical Affairs direction across immunology therapy areas. You will deliver compliant medical plans, education, and publications. You will build long-term partnerships with scientific experts and healthcare stakeholders. You will guide real-world evidence and insight plans to close evidence gaps. You will plan customer interactions, both in-person and digital, and track impact. You will coach and develop leaders and teams, with ethics and compliance at the core.
Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills: You will bring a medical degree (preferred) or an advanced life-science degree. You will have 5–8+ years of senior Medical Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You will have 2+ years of people leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience. You will show immunology expertise and explain complex science in plain language. You will have a well-established United Kingdom and Ireland network with external experts. You will use sound governance, compliance awareness, and data interpretation to guide decisions.
