Make your mark for patients. We are looking for a Market Access Learning Lead – Europe & Intercontinental who is strategic, collaborative, and impact-driven to join us in our Learning Patient Evidence & Impact team, based in our Slough office in the United Kingdom.
About the role: You will shape and deliver a regional learning strategy that strengthens Market Access, Pricing, and Policy capabilities across Europe and intercontinental markets. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will translate evolving access and reimbursement landscapes into practical, high-impact learning journeys that support decision-making, performance, and business outcomes.
Who you’ll work with: You will be working in a diverse, international team that partners closely with Market Access, Pricing, Policy, Evidence, Corporate Affairs, and Commercial teams. You will collaborate with global learning colleagues, subject-matter experts, and local teams to deliver consistent, relevant, and engaging learning experiences across markets.
What you’ll do:
- Own and evolve the regional Market Access and Pricing learning strategy aligned with business priorities and policy trends.
- Translate complex access, pricing, and reimbursement changes into clear capability and learning priorities.
- Design and deliver end-to-end learning journeys, including role-based capability frameworks and launch readiness programs.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and learning experts to ensure practical, scientifically sound learning solutions.
- Oversee regional rollout, localization, and adoption of learning initiatives across markets.
- Measure learning impact, track capability progress, and continuously improve solutions using data and insights.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in life sciences, health economics, public health, or related field preferred.
- Several years of experience in pharmaceutical Market Access, Pricing, Policy, HEOR, RWE or related roles across multiple ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of European and Intercontinental Payer landscape differences, pricing, and reimbursement environments.
- Proven experience translating complex topics into engaging, actionable learning solutions.
- Confident stakeholder partner with strong facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Comfortable working across cultures, functions, and changing environments.
