Make your mark for patients. We are looking for a Global Publications Lead Immunology who is strategic, collaborative, and detail-oriented to join us in our Publication team.
About the role: You will play a key role in driving the publication strategy and deliverables for our Immunology portfolio. Your work will ensure scientific integrity, transparency, and alignment with our communication strategy, helping advance disease and molecule understanding within the scientific community and improving patient outcomes.
Who you’ll work with: You will be working in a team that collaborates with internal stakeholders and external experts to deliver high-quality scientific publications. Together, we aim to strengthen UCB’s scientific leadership and uphold the highest ethical standards in data disclosure.
What you’ll do:
- Lead planning and implementation of strategic publication plans for one or more products.
- Develop publications tailored to audiences and aligned with molecule strategy.
- Chair Publication Planning Team meetings and manage publication processes.
- Oversee all activities from planning to publication, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Build trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain awareness of innovations in scientific publications to maximize impact.

- Master’s or Ph.D degree in Bioscience.
- Demonstrated experience in publications and medical communications.
- Strong understanding of ethical communication of medical research and Good Publication Practice (CMPP certification preferred).

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in multicultural teams.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and manage multiple priorities effectively.
