We are looking for a Global Medical Head - Integrated Evidence Generation Immunology who is strategic, innovative and collaborative to join us in our Global Medical Affairs team, based in our Brussels headquarters in Belgium or in Slough, UK.
About the Role
You will join a highly dynamic team of experts where you will lead the development of the integrated & strategic evidence generation (ISEG) plan to support assets in Immunology. In line with the asset strategy, you will provide the strategic overview of the EG needs, priorities, tactics, timelines and expected impact to the relevant internal stakeholders.
Who Youâll Work With
You will be leading a crossâfunctional team that includes Global Medical, Access... Together, you will align on evidence generation priorities and tactics aligned to the Asset strategy and monitor the delivery of impact.
What Youâll Do
- Develop and execute the ISEG plan in line with asset strategy.
- Provide strategic oversight on evidence generation needs and priorities.
- Lead crossâfunctional collaboration for integrated evidence generation activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of studies, supporting strategy and maximizing impact.
- Manage the budget and track performance using key metrics and KPIs.
- Identify and develop external partnerships for evidence generation.
- Support life cycle management of the asset.
Interested? For this role, weâre looking for the following education, experience, and skills:
- Medical Degree (M.D.) or scientific Ph.D., with significant experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.
- Proven experience at global level in developing and executing integrated evidence generation strategies.
- Strong data interpretation, communication skills, and ability to build strategic partnerships.
- Experience in Real World Evidence / HEOR is highly desired.
- Disease area experience in Immunology is preferred.
