Make your mark for patients. We are looking for a Global Content Operations Manager, who is collaborative, curious, and care-focused to join our UCBCares and Service Solutions team, based at our UCB offices in Brussels, Belgium or in Slough, UK.

About the role: You will help shape a connected content ecosystem that makes scientific and human-centered communication easier to create, govern, and reuse across markets. You are going to support teams in delivering compliant, high-quality content with clarity, speed, and consistency, helping bring meaningful experiences to people living with severe diseases.

Who you will work with: You will work closely with Brand, Medical, Digital, Technology, and Market teams in a supportive, cross-functional environment. You are going to collaborate with content librarians, platform specialists, and design partners who foster shared learning, careful governance, and practical innovation to help content travel further and create meaningful impact.

What you will do:

  • Shape global content operations across teams and markets.
  • Foster clear governance for reusable, compliant content assets.
  • Manage content libraries as trusted, structured reference sources.
  • Support modular content design across digital experiences.
  • Enable effective use of content platforms and tools.
  • Explore practical innovation to improve content quality and speed.
  • Support global-to-local content models, enabling compliant reuse and adaptation across markets.

For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in content operations within the pharma industry or similarly regulated environments, operating in a Global-to-Local model.
  • Knowledge of modular content and reusable content libraries.
  • Experience with content platforms, management systems, and asset repositories.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault (e.g. PromoMats and/or MedComms).
  • Curious, collaborative approach connecting strategy with daily execution.
  • Confidence working across functions, markets, and evolving priorities.
  • Willingness to commute to Brussels every 2-3 months if the home country is UK.
