Make your mark for patients. We are looking for a DEE (Developmental & Epileptic Encephalopathies) Marketing Lead Europe who is strategic, collaborative and impact-driven to join us in our Rare & Epilepsy European Operations team, based in Slough, United Kingdom.

About The Role

You will lead the European marketing strategy for Fintepla across current and future indications. You will shape regional launch plans, develop impactful commercial initiatives and ensure strong alignment with country affiliates and global teams. In this role, you will drive integrated strategic planning, aligned omnichannel execution and contribute to the long-term success of our DEE portfolio in Europe.

Who You’ll Work With

You will be working in a cross-functional European team alongside colleagues in medical, market access, omnichannel, insights and global asset teams. You will collaborate closely with country affiliates across Europe and the ACE team to ensure strong commercial execution and aligned customer engagement strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead regional launch and commercial strategies for Fintepla in Europe
  • Design impactful regional marketing solutions for countries to implement
  • Deliver high-profile European events and major scientific congress activities
  • Drive aligned omnichannel execution with omnichannel and global partners
  • Lead European strategic planning and integrate regional and global actions
  • Oversee regional marketing budget and ensure compliant resource allocation
  • Analyse performance, customer insights and market trends to guide decisions

Education, experience and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or healthcare
  • Minimum 7 years in specialty or rare disease stakeholder roles
  • Minimum 5 years in commercial or brand roles in rare diseases
  • Experience launching orphan medicines in rare disease markets
  • Strong knowledge of European healthcare and market access systems
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional and regional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English
