We are looking for a Healthcare & Access Partner – Scotland to join us in our UK Rheumatology team, to be field based in Scotland.
About The Role
- Amplifies and strengthens the matching of UCB therapeutic options with appropriate patients in assigned accounts and territory through strong collaborative relationships with key HCPs.
Who You’ll Work With
- You will report into the Ecosystem Lead - North.
What You’ll Do
- Acts as single point of contact for HCPs by applying deep knowledge of UCB solutions and connecting the right resource at the right time.
- Tailors omni-channel tools to impact HCPs based on individual preferences.
- Defines and executes an impactful tactical plan within territory of responsibility.
- Be an efficient point of contact (SPOC) to independent HCPs supporting them to provide optimal care.
- As part of a multidisciplinary team coordinate stakeholder management in a community-based environment through two-way interactions with HCPs helping them to provide optimal care.
- Establish strong business relationships with HCPs within assigned territory.
- Matching of UCB therapeutic options via a deeper understanding of targeted HCPs patient population by deploying a tailored approach (communication and tools) and solutions.
Interested?
For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
- Previous pharmaceutical or health care management experience e.g. ABPI examination.
- A successful track record in key account/project management and influencing key health care customers.
- Experience and knowledge of relevant disease areas i.e. rheumatology, immunology, etc.
- Demonstratable National and sub-national NHS knowledge plus in-depth disease, market and competitive intelligence expertise.
- Experience and knowledge of funding pathways and processes for higher cost branded medicines.
- Demonstrable top tier sales success in a specialist area, ideally in the high-cost medicines arena and preferably within rheumatology.
- Experience of new drug launch within rheumatology would be highly advantageous.
