As European Value & Access Manager - Epilepsy, you will own the European access agenda for UCB’s DEE and Epilepsy portfolio. You will shape, steer and execute regional market access strategies with direct impact on launch success, pricing outcomes and long-term sustainability, while ensuring Europe is a strong voice in global decision making. The job location is open to a major UCB Hub in Europe like Slough or Brussels.

What You Will Do

  • Shape the strategic direction for market access across Europe for the DEE (Developmental and Epileptic Encephalopathies) & Epilepsy franchise
  • Lead access and pricing readiness and execution for key launches, including HTA, negotiations and policy positioning
  • Drive high impact value narratives and evidence strategies aligned with payer expectations
  • Embed access leadership into EU integrated strategic planning and portfolio prioritization
  • Elevate access excellence, performance and cross-country synergies across the region
  • Build a strong external network to foster the outside-in perspective

Who You Will Work With

You will partner at senior level with European and global access, medical and commercial leadership teams, as well as key external stakeholders. The role reports to the Access Lead Rare & Epilepsy Europe and operates in a highly complex, matrixed environment with significant executional autonomy.

  • Master's Degree in natural science
  • 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience
  • 5+ years of market access experience with demonstrated success in developing and executing market access strategies to enhance sustainable and equitable access
  • Deep expertise in pricing, reimbursement, HTA and health policy ecosystems
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across regions and functions
  • Strong strategic, negotiation and executive level stakeholder engagement skills
  • Solid background in health economics and evidence strategy
  • Fluency in English; international mindset and mobility
