Computational techniques. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across formulation, analytical sciences, drug substance, drug product, and research functions, as well as academic and external partners across the United Kingdom, Belgium, Switzerland, and the United States.
What you'll do:
- Apply molecular modelling and simulation techniques to characterize proteins, peptides, polymers, and small molecules.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize scripts to automate structural modelling and molecular dynamics workflows.
- Build predictive models that support and accelerate therapeutic development programmes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional scientific teams to address complex development and characterization challenges.
- Contribute to technical reports, procedures, protocols, and regulatory documentation.
- Perform laboratory-based biophysical characterization activities when required.

Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master's degree with relevant experience in Structural Biology, Computational Biology, Biophysics, or a related scientific discipline.
- Practical experience in protein homology modelling, molecular dynamics simulations, and computational structural biology.
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems and scripting using Python or R programming languages.
- Strong understanding of antibody structure, function, and biophysical characterization principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing scientific reports and technical documentation.
