Responsibilities:
- Further driving the marketing strategy for the Dermatology product portfolio in UKI.
- Drive sustainable sales growth and strengthen market leadership in defined patient segments.
- Through excellence in project management, localise and implement European/Global marketing strategies, campaigns, and materials.
- Work closely with Sales, Medical and Market Access teams to ensure aligned execution of key projects.
- Lead and further develop the cross‑functional Dermatology Product Group to continuously improve brand communication and brand materials.
- Collect, analyse and share key market, customer and performance insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business or healthcare.
- Significant healthcare experience, including several years in marketing; some experience in a customer‑facing role will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven leadership of cross‑functional project teams.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing activities and a strong background in omnichannel implementation.
