What You’ll Do:

  • Drive innovation and alignment across global scientific communication processes and platforms.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, impact, and launch readiness in scientific communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set best-in-class standards and ensure compliance with evolving industry guidelines.
  • Evaluate new trends, systems, and vendors to keep UCB at the forefront of scientific communication excellence.
  • Develop and roll out training programs and enduring materials to support global adoption of new scientific communication processes.
  • Monitor performance through KPIs and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable impact.

What You Bring:

  • Ph.D. in a bioscience field preferred, with 7+ years in the pharmaceutical industry and 5+ years in scientific communications.
  • Deep knowledge of Good Publication Practice and ICMJE guidelines.
  • CMPP certification preferred.
  • Proven experience managing vendors, leading cross-functional teams, and working in global settings.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A self-starter mindset with a passion for digital innovation and excellence in scientific communications.
