Experteer Overview As a Senior Program Delivery Lead at UCB, you will steer global clinical development programs from early to late stages with strategic and operational oversight. You will shape development strategies, manage complex stakeholder networks, and mentor colleagues while pursuing patient-centric, efficient, and compliant execution. This role collaborates with Clinical Development, CRO partners, investigators, and external stakeholders to accelerate innovative approaches in clinical development. You will contribute to a patient-focused mission in a hybrid, global environment with a clear impact on program timelines, budgets, and quality. Pay / Benefits
- Lead operational strategy and execution for global clinical development programs from Phase I through Phase IV Develop and deliver program timelines, budgets, forecasts, and key milestones Drive feasibility assessments, site strategies, and recruitment plans Manage complex stakeholder relationships and align multidisciplinary teams Champion patient-centricity, DE&I initiatives, and innovative approaches in clinical development Tasks Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred, or equivalent experience in clinical development Extensive experience leading global clinical programs and complex clinical operations activities; cell and Gene Therapy experience would be ideal Strong knowledge of clinical development, ICH-GCP, regulations, and quality standards Demonstrated expertise in budget management, forecasting, feasibility, and risk management Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in matrix organizations Excellent communication, coaching, presentation, and problem-solving skills in an international environment Key requirements hybrid work model global exposure equal opportunity employer
