UCB is seeking a Lead Lab Orchestration for our Patient Solutions team, based at our R&D sites in Slough, UK, Belgium or Boston.
You will design scalable experimental workflows and enable analytics-ready data, automation, and digital connectivity across Biology, Chemistry, and Antibody functions.
You will partner with scientific leads, drive instrument integration, expand automation, and lead selection and implementation of lab orchestration platforms to accelerate research.
