We are looking for aHead of Omnichannel & Stakeholder Engagement, Europe, who is strategic, collaborative, and culturally agile to join us in our Global Omnichannel team. This position can be based in either ourBrussels, Belgium ,Monheim, Germany orSlough, United Kingdom Offices inEurope . Thishybridposition requires a minimum of 40% on site presence and up to 20% domestic/international travel.
About the role
You will serve as a strategic advisor and enabler, helping local market teams adopt and execute our global omnichannel strategy, including use of Omnichannel Hub services, in a way that reflects their unique market context, digital maturity, and business need. Operating on a needs-based (pull) model, you will bridge global capabilities with local execution through coaching, thought leadership, and facilitation of Omnichannel Hub services (especially for less mature markets). The role supports consistency, scalability, and continuous improvements across markets, without assuming direct ownership of local or regional omnichannel activities. Your focus will be on coaching, thought leadership, and enabling affiliates to tailor global strategies to their local context.
Who you’ll work with
You will be a part of the Global Omnichannel Leadership Team, working closely with regional and affiliate teams across Europe, including Germany, France, UK, Portugal, Ireland, Spain, Belgium, Italy, etc. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to align global strategies with local needs and drive omnichannel, fostering alignment with global and regional omnichannel objectives.
What you’ll do
- Adapt global omnichannel strategy to regional needs and affiliate market contexts.
- Represent regional insights to shape global omnichannel strategy and services.
- Guide affiliates based on digital maturity without enforcing one-size-fits-all models.
- Offer hands-on executional support to local affiliates when requested, especially in markets with low digital maturity or limited bandwidth.
- Promote and support adoption of Omnichannel Hub services across affiliates.
- Act as trusted advisor aligning local, regional, and global omnichannel goals.
- Influence capability roadmap by surfacing local needs to global leadership.
- Share successful affiliate practices to foster cross-market learning.
- Facilitate two-way communication between affiliates and global teams.
- Monitor campaign execution and digital maturity to drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Experience/Skills Required:
- 10-15+ years of experience in omnichannel marketing, digital health, or commercial roles with demonstrated success in multinational or regional roles
- Fluency in English is required
- Bachelor’s Degree

- Master’s Degree/Other Advanced Degree
- Skilled at adapting global strategies to local healthcare, regulatory, and go-to-market contexts
- Strong understanding of customer experience in complex healthcare environments
- Experience supporting both mature and emerging markets with tailored guidance
- Proven collaborator across diverse stakeholders in matrixed organizations
- High cultural sensitivity and adaptability across geographies and commercial models
- Familiarity with HCP channel preferences across European countries
- Understanding of regional data privacy and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR)
- Experience navigating complex healthcare ecosystems and access dynamics
- Fluency in other languages are highly desirable (French, German, Italian, Spanish)
