Make your mark for patients. We are looking for a Global Medical Learning Lead Neurology & Rare who is passionate, strategic, and people-focused to join us in our Global Medical Learning team, preferably based in one of our hubs in Brussels, BE; Slough, UK.

About the role

As a Global Medical Learning Lead, you will work closely with subject matter experts to create impactful and cutting-edge training resources. Your role will focus on ensuring that Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You will also develop strategies that align with global medical goals while considering the MSLs' unique needs, both from a learning and practical application standpoint.

Who you’ll work with

You will collaborate with global medical leads, regional teams, and subject matter experts to design and implement training initiatives across various regions. You will play a key role in shaping the strategy for medical education and training, with a specific focus on the needs of MSLs in the field.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and deliver training resources that empower MSLs with critical knowledge and skills.
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive training strategy, aligned with global medical goals.
  • Create tools that support MSLs in assessing their training needs and self-managing their learning journeys.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design training programs for onboarding and ongoing education.
  • Manage global training projects and ensure scientific accuracy of all materials.
  • Stay attuned to the competitive landscape to ensure the training remains current and relevant.
  • Maintain the Global medical training portal in an accurate, detail-oriented, and timely manner, being service-minded.

Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

  • Proven experience as an MSL, ideally with a few years in the field (preferred, not essential if highly aligned in other areas).
  • A passion for coaching and helping others succeed by creating impactful training.
  • Ability to think both strategically and with attention to detail, ensuring alignment with broader objectives.
  • Strong background in medical education or related fields, with experience in designing and leading global training programs.
  • Familiarity with Neurology and/or Rare Diseases is highly desirable, helping to accelerate understanding of the landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a deep empathy for understanding MSLs’ needs and perspectives.
