Disclosure Lead (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Disclosure Lead (m/f/d) who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive to join us in our Global Clinical Sciences and Operations team, based in Slough, UK.
About the role
You will be at the crossroads of science and operations, managing the disclosure of clinical trial data to ensure compliance and transparency. Your work will directly support UCB’s commitment to ethical research and public trust.
Who you’ll work with
You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Clinical Project Management, Statistics, Medical Writing, Regulatory Affairs, and Safety. You’ll also engage with external vendors and global registry authorities.
What you’ll do
- Manage trial registrations and results reporting on global registries
- Coordinate stakeholder review of registry and results information prior to public release
- Maintain accurate records and update project tracking systems
- Serve as point of contact with registry QA groups
- Support local registry teams and ensure data consistency
- Deliver internal training on disclosure processes

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (e.g. clinical development or regulatory affairs)
- Experience with TrialScope Disclose, ClinicalTrials.gov, EudraCT, and CTIS is a plus
- Strong project planning and organizational skills
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and clinical trial systems
