Overview
In this role you will lead global IT & Digital procurement to secure optimal value for software, hardware and telecom. You’ll align with Digital Technology leadership to understand needs, assess vendors, and manage spend globally across regulatory contexts. You drive procurement excellence by shaping category strategies and ensuring compliant, sustainable contracts. This position offers a chance to influence technology sourcing at scale and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business impact.

Responsibilities
- Manage global Technology spend and end-to-end technology procurement processes
- Develop and implement technology category strategies to drive proactive spend management
- Identify opportunities to optimize technology spend and enhance supplier value
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers
- Identify potential suppliers and lead supplier selection efforts
- Manage complex RFI/RFP processes using procurement-approved tools
- Provide fact-based sourcing recommendations considering market dynamics and competitive trends
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure contractual compliance in partnership with Legal
- Embed risk management and sustainability requirements into supplier contracts
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and approve POs within defined thresholds
Key requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic procurement, sales, or digital technology roles
- Strong negotiation and supplier management experience in technology domains
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
- Deep understanding of the IT/Digital landscape with adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Team-oriented, collaborative mindset with commitment to diversity and inclusion
