Overview
In this field-based role, you align UCB’s therapeutic options with patient needs by building strong HCP partnerships. You’ll tailor omni-channel engagement, execute territory plans, and act as the single point of contact to support optimal patient care. Working within a cross-functional team, you’ll drive stakeholder management and address NHS funding and access pathways. This is a chance to shape access for high-cost medicines in rheumatology, contributing to patient-centric outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Be the SPOC for HCPs, applying deep knowledge of UCB solutions and directing resources accordingly
- Tailor omni-channel tools to influence HCPs based on preferences
- Define and execute a tactical plan within the territory
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder management to support optimal patient care
- Build strong relationships with HCPs in the assigned territory
- Match UCB therapeutic options by understanding HCPs’ patient populations with a tailored approach
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in pharmaceutical or health care management (e.g., ABPI)
- Successful track record in key account or project management and influencing health care customers
- Experience and knowledge of rheumatology or immunology disease areas
- Demonstrable NHS knowledge and disease/market intelligence expertise
- Knowledge of funding pathways for high-cost branded medicines
- Demonstrable top-tier sales success in a specialist/high-cost medicines area, preferably rheumatology
- Experience of launching new drugs in rheumatology (advantageous)
