Overview

In this role you will be the face of the Bone team for UCB in the UK & Ireland, aligning business objectives with local policy and shaping care pathways within the health economy. You will implement region-specific strategies to improve patient outcomes while supporting overall business goals. You’ll collaborate across the commercial org and with medical affairs to share practices and ensure value delivery. This hybrid role combines strategic influence with hands-on stakeholder engagement to impact patients at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Align UCB objectives with local and national policy.
  • Develop optimal positioning within the local health economy.
  • Enhance patient care while achieving UCB business goals.
  • Collaborate with the wider commercial team to execute region-specific strategies.
  • Share and develop best practices across the Bone Franchise and company.
  • Operate within an approved budget.
  • Serve as a first point of contact across the territory, working with MSL and other colleagues.

Key requirements

  • Bachelor
  • Pharmaceutical or health care management experience
  • ABPI examination
  • Proven successful track record in key account/project management and influencing health care customers
  • Experience and knowledge of relevant disease areas
  • Evidence of competent and enthusiastic teamwork
