Overview
In this role you will shape global HEOR and payer evidence strategies to support reimbursement and patient access across assets. You will be a key member of the global payer sub-team, linking evidence generation to development plans and market access objectives. Your work will influence development through commercialization, ensuring evidence meets evolving payer and HTA needs. You will collaborate across functions and affiliates to deliver impactful value stories and dossiers. Responsibilities
- Develop and refine global HEOR and payer evidence strategies aligned with asset and market access goals
- Design and deliver HEOR evidence generation activities (cost-effectiveness models, budget impact, literature reviews, indirect comparisons, resource utilization, QoL studies)
- Create asset value assessments to support pricing and value strategies
- Communicate economic value for assets and indications
- Influence clinical development to address payer/HTA requirements, including EU HTA needs
- Represent HTA and payer perspectives in cross-functional teams
- Support global value dossiers and guide affiliates on reimbursement and access strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute studies strengthening payer decision-making (e.g., patient preference, natural history)
- Integrate affiliate and market-specific payer requirements into global plans
- Contribute to publications, congress presentations, partnerships, and thought leadership
Key requirements
- Master's or PhD in Health Economics, Market Access, Outcomes Research, Public Health, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or related field
- At least 8 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including relevant consultancy
- Strong expertise in health economic modelling, outcomes research, and payer evidence generation
- Experience supporting HTA submissions, reimbursement strategies, and access initiatives across key markets
- Experience in global or matrix organizations with intercontinental exposure valued
