Overview
In this role, you own and manage a portfolio of Industrial Single Systems to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant operation across their lifecycle. You collaborate with scientists, stakeholders, and DT teams to align systems with roadmaps, governance, and regulatory requirements while enabling digital transformation and operational excellence. You will drive solution design, validation, and lifecycle modernization, balancing innovation with GxP and cybersecurity priorities. This position offers the chance to influence how DT supports development sciences in a regulated, tech-forward environment.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of Industrial Single Systems ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient operation
- Act as the DT point of contact for scope systems, aligning business priorities with governance and operational needs
- Lead demand assessment, prioritization, and roadmapping with stakeholders and vendors
- Design and coordinate implementation, integration, qualification, validation, testing, and transition to operation
- Ensure GxP, cybersecurity, data integrity, resilience, and business continuity compliance
- Collaborate with vendors and DT teams to resolve issues and optimize performance
- Drive lifecycle management including upgrades, risk management, remediation, and modernization
- Synthesize complex information for executive decision-making and recommendations
- Explore AI and automation to improve productivity while maintaining governance
- Contribute to continuous improvement of DT governance and operating practices
Key requirements
- 5+ years in IT and technology project delivery
- Strong Windows-based systems and DT-managed environments background
- Knowledge of application environments, Windows OS, workstation technologies, infrastructure, networking, servers, storage, and cloud
- IAM, cybersecurity, data integrity, and operational compliance understanding
- Experience with qualification/validation in regulated environments; GxP experience is a strong advantage
- Ability to translate business requirements into secure, sustainable tech solutions
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills for senior stakeholders
- Interest in emerging technologies (AI, automation) and practical business applications
- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environments is a plus
- Fluent in English; French/Dutch is an advantage
