Overview

In this role you will define and manage digital solutions for GLP/GCP lab environments, ensuring compliant and integrated lab automation and scientific IT systems. You will partner with Research, Digital Technology, QA, and Compliance to support innovation and data integrity. The position focuses on QCP-related modelling and simulations and involves leading IT projects, vendor coordination, and audit readiness. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role shaping digital solutions that accelerate research and patient value.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement digital solutions for GxP lab automation and data management
  • Oversee compliance and validation of GxP IT systems with proper documentation
  • Act as the DT System Owner (DTSO) for key GLP and GCP applications
  • Provide third-level technical support for owned systems
  • Lead vendor coordination and internal IT SMEs for scientific applications
  • Drive project management for technology selection, implementation, and lifecycle management of research systems
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are followed up
  • Collaborate with global Digital Technology teams to align on compliance strategies, including validation frameworks for AI in Research

Key requirements

  • Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Strong technical affinity with IT systems and scientific instrumentation
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within GxP environments
  • Experience in managing digital lab automation and research workflows
  • Experience with Modeling and Simulations tools (Nonmem, R, Python)
  • Knowledge of IT compliance frameworks (e.g., Computerized Systems Validation)
  • Ability to manage stakeholders in an international, multidisciplinary environment
  • Experience in technology project management from strategy to implementation
  • Fluent in English; good knowledge of French preferred
