Overview
In this role, you will lead global payer access and pricing strategy for immunology assets, shaping evidence and pricing decisions across the asset lifecycle. You will manage and develop a team while partnering with Asset Payer Heads and cross-functional groups to integrate payer insights into development, evidence generation, and launch planning. The position sits within a global Access & Pricing Strategy leadership context and emphasizes delivering strategic options, governance, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on, collaborative role at the intersection of science and market access that drives patient value.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Access & Pricing Strategy Leads with coaching and capability building
- Partner with Asset Payer Heads to develop global payer access and pricing strategy and deliver global artefacts
- Lead payer strategy planning, evidence generation priorities, pricing strategy development, negotiation readiness, and global deliverables
- Define and operationalize global access and pricing strategies for assigned indications across the asset lifecycle
- Shape strategic options, risk assessments, and trade-off discussions to support governance and investment decisions
- Ensure alignment between Patient Evidence and Patient Impact to drive integrated access strategies
- Incorporate payer insights into key decision forums and leadership discussions
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across HEOR, RWE, policy, pricing, commercial, and regional access teams
- Champion advanced analytics, AI-enabled insights, and external market intelligence to strengthen payer planning
- Drive governance, best practices, scalable processes, and continuous improvement in access and pricing
- Strengthen connectivity and create efficient ways of working to improve decision quality and organizational effectiveness
Key requirements
- Degree in life sciences, health economics, public health, pharmacy, business, or a related discipline
- Significant experience in payer strategy, market access, pricing, health economics, commercial or related pharmaceutical functions
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and teams within global matrix organizations
- Strong understanding of payer evidence requirements, reimbursement processes, pricing strategy, and access planning
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, capability development, and team management
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, influencing, and decision-making skills
- Experience leveraging analytics, digital tools, and AI-enabled insights to support strategic planning
