Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Program Delivery Lead who is strategic, collaborative, and patient-focused to join our Global Clinical Sciences & Operations (GCSO) team.

About the role As a Senior Program Delivery Lead, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for complex global clinical development programs across all stages of development.

You will drive the delivery of high-quality, patient-centric clinical studies, ensuring programs are executed efficiently, compliantly, and within budget and timelines.

You will also engage with investigators, external partners, patient advocacy groups, vendors, and Key Opinion Leaders to help deliver successful clinical development programs worldwide.

You will drive feasibility assessments, site strategies, and recruitment plans to support successful study delivery.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in clinical development.

Strong knowledge of clinical development, ICH-GCP, regulations, and quality standards.

Demonstrated expertise in budget management, forecasting, feasibility, and risk management.

Excellent communication, coaching, presentation, and problem-solving skills in an international environment.
