In this role, you will build practical AI and data literacy to help teams use data and emerging tech confidently and responsibly. You’ll translate expectations into role-specific guidance and integrated learning within real workflows. You will challenge processes to evolve while maintaining human oversight and measuring business impact. This is a cross-functional, business-facing position that connects learning with priority questions and data products to enable value-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
- Define and maintain an AI and data literacy framework aligned with roles and workflows
- Assess capability needs and address learning gaps to boost adoption
- Translate complex concepts into clear practical guidance for non-technical audiences
- Design role-based learning paths, playbooks, and reusable resources
- Embed learning into real business questions, data products, and workflows
- Build understanding of data meaning, quality, and suitability for purpose
- Promote responsible use through human oversight and evidence-based decisions
- Measure proficiency, adoption, and business impact, iterating learning based on feedback
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in data, analytics, AI, business, learning, or related field
- Experience in data, analytics, digital transformation, learning, change, or business enablement roles
- Experience translating complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience designing learning resources and applied learning experiences
- Experience supporting adoption and behavior change in a collaborative organization
- Understanding of data quality, governance, analytics, and responsible AI principles
- Strong facilitation, communication, coaching, and storytelling skills
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences is preferred
