About The Role

To lead on the media planning and campaign management for key industry customers in the Early Careers and Public Sector vertical, to drive the best possible campaign outcomes and strengthen existing customer relationships through the effective delivery of data-led media activity. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for the quality planning, delivery, monitoring, and reporting on UCAS multi-channel campaigns booked by external customers. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recommend and plan the most effective campaign activity, co-ordinate the receipt of creative assets, ensure delivery teams set up and run campaigns effectively, and monitor, adjust and optimise campaigns to drive the best customer results. You will manage the implementation, tracking, and reporting of campaigns to support our key account clients, ensuring they are delivering on budget and to target, driving the best possible customer outcomes. You will be the key point of contact for customers, media agencies and internal teams - working on campaign planning, performance monitoring, and data-led campaign recommendations.

Skills, Qualifications, And Experience

  • Experience in a marketing and/or campaign management related environment.
  • Experience in planning and delivering effective marketing campaigns, working closely with customers and delivery teams.
  • Focused on delivering a consistently high level of customer service.
  • Experience in leading on high performing campaigns across multiple channels, with skills in optimisation, audience segmentation and messaging recommendations.
  • A detail-oriented analytical thinker, with an ability to use data and insights to inform marketing activity.
  • A strong operator, able to manage the day-to-day aspects of campaign and customer management, including at busy periods.
  • Experience in working towards KPIs and reporting back to customers and internal teams on campaign outcomes.
  • A strong written and verbal communicator, both internally and externally, at all levels.
  • Strong presentation skills, adaptable to both in person and virtual customer engagements.
  • Highly effective in a matrix environment, able to work with internal and external teams to deliver strong results.
