The Capital Markets Division operates on both the buy-side and sell-side, focusing on M&A, capital raising, and secondary pre-IPO transactions, with a strong emphasis on US pre-IPO opportunities offered to European and Middle Eastern investors.
We are seeking Sales Professionals with solid experience in capital markets, driven by an entrepreneurial mindset and eager to grow within a dynamic, technology-driven investment platform.
Responsibilities:- Operate within the Capital Markets Division, focusing on M&A, capital raising, and secondary pre-IPO transactions, with emphasis on US pre-IPO opportunities offered to European and Middle Eastern investors.
- Identify, pursue, and manage deal flow through the UCapital ecosystem.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional and qualified investors globally; leverage UCapital’s proprietary fintech and AI platforms to analyze, manage, and communicate investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with UCapital Media for enhanced visibility and professional branding on an international scale.
- Solid experience in capital markets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to grow within a technology-driven investment platform.
