We're not hiring someone to fill a class schedule. We're looking for a coach who wants to be part of a movement, someone hungry, all in, and ready to grow with us as the UBX network grows.
About the Role
- Deliver our 12 x 3-minute boxing and strength circuit using the UBX 3 Lap Round Structure
- Build real relationships with members, you'll know their names and their reasons for being there
- Run sessions to our Product Delivery Assessment standard: structure, technical coaching, communication, set up
- Support new members through their first 28 days using our 12in28 onboarding process
- Start small if needed, some of our best people started on a few hours a week
- Be part of a team that holds a high standard every single day, not just when someone's watching

Requirements
- Level 2 PT qualification
- Strength & Conditioning experience and/or Boxing coaching experience
- No formal boxing qualification? No problem. If you're the right fit, we'll support you in gaining your boxing coaching qualification within your first 12 weeks at UBX.
