About the Role
- Run day-to-day studio operations across sales, coaching, and member experience
- Own the studio's numbers: rollover, churn, conversion, and daily sales
- Lead the team through weekly team meetings and a clear reporting rhythm
- Build and protect the community feel that makes UBX different
- Report directly to the studio owner and business development manager with full visibility on performance
- Depending on experience: Coach and develop UBX members
